Kochi Indian Cuisine Opens in Town Center on Route 130 in East Windsor Township

Mayor Janice S. Mironov joined restaurant owner Tom Thomas to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Kochi Indian Cuisine. The new restaurant is located in East Windsor Town Center on Route 130 South, between Party Fair and Tan Lines Tanning Salon.

The restaurant has been remodeled to include expansive seating and a buffet bar. Kochi Indian Cuisine’s menu offers a fusion of North Indian and South Indian cuisines with a special focus on Kerala and Chettinad cooking consisting of soups, appetizers, malabar specials, poultry, mutton, seafood, vegetables, biriyani, dosa, breads and desserts.

Mayor Mironov stated, "Kochi Indian Cuisine provides another diverse dining experience and is a great addition to the many fine restaurants throughout East Windsor. Owner Tom Thomas, a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, brings to our community much experience in the restaurant management industry." Mayor Mironov continued, "The restaurant, conveniently located along the vibrant Route 130 corridor, offers an extensive menu sure to make Kochi Indian Cuisine a popular restaurant for area residents."

Tom Thomas stated, "We are ecstatic to open our new restaurant in East Windsor Township, particularly in Town Center, which is a highly visible location along Route 130 with established retail stores. We look forward to bringing our unique blend of fine cuisine and Indian culture to East Windsor and the surrounding area."
