PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE

Oversees performance of state required core public health functions and delivery of essential public health services. Plans,develops,implements and evaluates public health education programs based on community needs. Serve as community health information resource and coordinate health-related matters and referrals with local and county agencies. Coordinates activities of the Child Health Conference, including administering of recommended vaccines, placing referrals and follow-up with appropriate agencies. ASSISTANT TOWNSHIP MANAGER

Four-year college degree/graduate education, preferably MPA Degree in Public Administration/Management. Minimum three years' experience in government related position, preferably in an administrative capacity. Responsible position requiring strong analytical, project management, excellent written, computer and interpersonal communication skills. ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

35 hours per week.  The Township is seeking a qualified individual with strong finance skills. Candidate should be able to demonstrate experience with municipal fund accounting, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, in-house payroll processing for over 100 employees along with employee/retiree benefits information. Knowledge of NJ Pensions and Benefits System, Edmunds software and Microsoft Office programs.  Associates degree with major course work in accounting or related field with 2 years related experience.  May substitute relevant municipal finance experience for education. DEPUTY MUNICIPAL CLERK

Assist Municipal Clerk in day-to-day operations of the office. SEASONAL EMPLOYEE - PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

40-hour work week, working outdoors, performing manual heavy labor in all weather conditions. Limited employment durations and release at the end of the season is expected. PROBATIONARY POLICE OFFICER

The East Windsor Township Police Department is currently seeking candidates for the position of Probationary Police Officer. Following are the requirements of the position:

  1. Be a citizen of the United States of America

  2. Be a resident of the State of New Jersey at time of appointment

  3. Be more than 21 and less than 35 years of age at time of appointment

  4. Be sound in body and of good health sufficient to satisfy the Board of Trustees of the Police Retirement System of New Jersey that such person is eligible to membership in the retirement system

  5. Be able to read, write and speak the English language well and intelligently

  6. Be of good moral character and must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude

  7. Possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license
