One Mile Self Storage Breaks Ground For New Business on One Mile Road In East Windsor Township

Mayor Janice S. Mironov, along with Council Members Perry Shapiro and John Zoller, joined with business owners Mike McCloskey and Jim Lombardo, for a ground breaking ceremony for a new self storage facility, One Mile Self Storage on One Mile Road adjacent to the S&P Global property.

The One Mile Self Storage facility will consist of 76,286 square feet of enclosed self storage space on a 7.17 acre parcel.   The project features a unique architectural design created to mirror the look of a local farm with a large barn style building and similar structures in order to blend in with the surrounding properties.

Mayor Mironov stated, “This new business is intended to provide an appropriately designed new Township self storage facility and provide residents with a convenient local option for their home and business self storage needs.  East Windsor welcomes One Mile Self Storage to our growing business community, and we wish them success in their new venture.”
