East Windsor Township Presents Annual Business Awards

Mayor Janice S. Mironov presented the East Windsor Township Annual Business Awards to CentraState Health Pavilion Associates & Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of East Windsor, Triangle Copy East Windsor, and Galleria at Twin Rivers.  The purpose of the annual Township awards program is to recognize local businesses that have made special efforts to improve or contribute to the community.  The categories of Township award recognition are Business Beautification, Community Service, and Community Enhancement.

Mayor Mironov presented a business award to Galleria at Twin Rivers, accepted by owner Tobia Daniello, for “Special Contributions to the Beautification of East Windsor Township.”  The Galleria, a newly constructed 25,000 square foot center on Route 33 East at Twin Rivers Drive, is home to nine new businesses, including several restaurants, a dry cleaner, nail salon and tutoring company.  Mayor Mironov stated, “The Township recognizes and appreciates the addition of this modern and attractive retail center in a highly prominent visible location along Route 33 just east of the NJ Turnpike Interchange, adding further vitality to the Route 33 corridor.  The Galleria represents a significant investment in the town, adding new shopping and service opportunities, and enhancing the appearance of the area.”

Mayor Mironov presented a business award to Triangle Printing East Windsor, accepted by owner Michael Cocciolillo, for “Special Community Contributions and Service to East Windsor Township.”  Triangle, located just west of Route 130, and owner Michael Cocciolillo, a fixture in the community for twenty years, has supported many local non-profit and community organizations in various ways, such as providing free printing services and publicity materials, and as a veteran donation drop-off location.  Triangle has contributed to and been a corporate sponsor for large numbers of local groups including among others, East Windsor and Hightstown Volunteer Fire Companies, East Windsor Rescue Squads, East Windsor P.A.L., East Windsor PBA, Joshua Harr Shane Foundation, RISE, Better Beginnings, scout groups, school organizations, and Hightstown-East Windsor Youth Baseball League.

Mayor Mironov stated, “Triangle Printing and its owner Mike have shown true community spirit through his caring ways, dedication, and involvement in East Windsor. Triangle Printing serves as an excellent model of business civic spirit.”

Mayor Mironov presented a business award to CentraState Health Pavilion Associates & Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of East Windsor, accepted by CentraState Health Care Systems President and CEO John Gribbin and Salvatore Cannizzaro, CEO of Immediate Care, for “Special Community Enhancement Contributions to East Windsor Township.”  The 14,000 plus square foot  medical facility located in the Town Center Plaza, adjacent to the movie theater, provides an immediate care walk-in center for non-life-threatening medical illnesses and injuries, as well as the CentraState Healthcare Pavilion with primary care services, specialty physicians, physical therapy, and laboratory services.  Mayor Mironov stated, “This facility provides a recognized important medical service need for immediate convenient walk-in medical care, also supported for ongoing needs by an array of primary care physicians services.  The association and partnership with CentraState, a highly rated area hospital is also exciting and valuable for the community.”

Mayor Mironov noted that, “East Windsor has an extensive treasure of local businesses of all sizes and types, and therefore the selected businesses awardees have particularly stood out this past year for their business improvements and value to our community.”
