PLAZA AZTECA CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING IN EAST WINDSOR VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER ON PRINCETON HIGHTSTOWN ROAD

Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council Members Joseph Miczak, Johnnie Whittington and John Zoller joined owners Jonathan Ortiz, Arnold Audelo and Alexander Audelo to celebrate the grand opening of Plaza Azteca, a new full service sit-down Mexican restaurant located in the East Windsor Village Shopping Center on Princeton Hightstown Road.

Mayor Mironov stated, “We welcome Plaza Azteca to East Windsor and wish them much success as part of our growing local business community. This new Mexican restaurant provides another dining destination for residents and visitors offering a variety of poplar and authentic Mexican-inspired dishes.”

Plaza Azteca, which opened in the former Charlie Browns free standing 6,3000 square foot building, specializes in traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine and features a broad menu of chicken, steak, seafood, and vegetarian dishes, as well as salads, varieties of burritos, chimichangas, enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos, and fajitas.

Plaza Azteca operates locations in 11 states, including two additional New Jersey locations in Sicklerville and Marlton. Current hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 A.M. to 10 P.M.; Friday, 11 A.M. to 10:30 P.M.; and Sunday 11:30 A.M. to 9:30 P.M.
