Island Table Celebrates Grand Opening in Windsor Corporate Park

Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council Members Anthony Katawick, Joseph Miczak and John Zoller joined owner Winnie Julien and her family to celebrate the grand opening of Island Table, a Caribbean fusion restaurant located in the Windsor Corporate Park at 50 Millstone Road in Building 100, off of Old Trenton Road.        

Mayor Mironov stated, “We welcome Island Table to East Windsor and wish them much success as part of our growing local business community. This new Caribbean fusion restaurant adds another unique dining option for residents and visitors offering a variety of Caribbean - inspired dishes.”

Island Table Island Table, a Caribbean fusion restaurant previously operating at the Trenton farmers market as "Kafe Kreyol," offers a Caribbean-inspired menu with main dishes such as jerk chicken, island salmon, Haitian stewed chicken, various sandwiches and wraps, fresh juices and mocktails, which include a variety of vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options. The restaurant has dine-in, takeout, and catering services. Current hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 6 P.M., Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 6 P.M. and Sunday 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
