East Windsor Mayor Janice S. Mironov Administers Oath of Office to Two New Police Officers

Mayor Janice S. Mironov administered oaths of office to new Police Officers Steven Cassidy and Francis Rodriguez, at a recent Council meeting. 

Mayor Mironov stated, “This is an exciting evening for East Windsor Township and our Police Department.  We congratulate and welcome the two new police officers to our Township and hope they will have a fulfilling career here.”      

Police Officer Steven Cassidy is currently attending the Mercer County Police Academy and will join the East Windsor Police Department upon graduation in January 2026. Police Officer Cassidy graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology. 

Police Officer Francis Rodriguez is also attending the Mercer County Police Academy and will join the Department upon graduation in January 2026. Officer Rodriguez attended West Virginia University and Brookdale Community College, where he played ice hockey.

Both Police Officers Cassidy and Rodriguez will be assigned to the Uniform Services Division.
