Playa Bowls Celebrates Grand Opening In Windsor Center In East Windsor Township

Mayor Janice S. Mironov, Deputy Mayor David Russell and Council Members Anthony Katawick, Marc Lippman, Joseph Miczak and John Zoller joined owners Dinesh Ramchandani and Amanda Ramchandani to celebrate the grand opening of Playa Bowls in Windsor Center at the intersection of Route 130 South and Route 571.
Founded by New Jersey natives and known as “New Jersey’s Original Açaí Shop,” Playa Bowls has grown to over 200 locations nationwide in the past ten years. The company features custom-made “super fruit bowls” with menu categories that include Playa Açaí, Mango, Pitaya, Coconut, Green, Banana, and Oatmeal bowls, along with a variety of smoothies, fresh fruit juices, and cold brews.
Mayor Mironov stated, “Playa Bowls represents a growing and successful franchise that offers a unique menu of healthy food options in a fun and vibrant setting. Their new East Windsor location, situated in the prominently located Windsor Center along Route 130, provides an ideal spot for residents and visitors to enjoy their creative popular offerings
