Mayor Janice S. Mironov, Council Member John Zoller and Council member Joseph Miczak joined Eggmania owners and staff for a ribbon cutting celebration marking the grand opening of their new restaurant in the Windsor Crossing shopping center at the intersection of Route 33 and Route 130.   

Mayor Mironov stated, “Congratulations to Eggmania, a growing and successful restaurant franchise, which has opened a new location in the popular Windsor Crossing shopping center. Eggmania offers a unique Indian street food experience adding to the wide array of dining options already in town.   We wish them much success at this new location.”

Eggmania has 13 locations across the United States and Canada with three New Jersey locations in Jersey City, Iselin and now East Windsor. Eggmania is a growing restaurant chain specializing in Indian street-style egg-based dishes and vegetarian flavors.  Eggmania, located between Green Health Massage and Bawarchi Biryani Point, offers a full menu of egg delicacies and authentic Indian street food. The extensive menu includes: Egg Samplers as masala omelet, Roll it Ups wrapped in a tortilla, variety of chicken selections, paneer dishes, kabobs, Bombay grill sandwiches, rice dishes, breads, a variety of ice creams and shakes, specialty beverages, and much more.
