May 23, 2025 - REMINDER: All Township Offices Will Be CLOSED and No Township Curbside Garbage Collection Will Occur on Monday, May 26 due to the Memorial Day holiday. Residents of Area #1, who would normally have garbage collection on Monday, May 26, are to put their garbage out on the next regularly scheduled collection date which is Thursday, May 29. - REMINDER: Hightstown-East Windsor Memorial Day Parade Is Monday, May 26, and will kick-off at 9 A.M. on North Main Street and proceed through the center of Hightstown. The annual community event will feature many local groups including veterans associations, rescue squads and fire companies, school musical groups, scout organizations, religious organizations and other area participants.
- Mayor Janice S. Mironov Will Present "State of East Windsor Township" Address at Event on Thursday, June 5 from 5 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. at the East Windsor Senior Center (40 Lanning Boulevard). The Mayor's annual address will include a report on accomplishments in 2024 and 2025 as well as Township goals for this year. Mayor Mironov's topics will include new business and commercial development updates, budget and financial subjects, Township recreation and senior services projects, local roadway and safety improvements, environmental initiatives, and other local topics of interest. All local businesses and interested members of the community are welcomed to attend. Light refreshments will be served. There is no registration fee. - Early In-Person Voting Begins Tuesday, June 3 and Continues through Sunday, June 8 at Seven Sites in Mercer County, Including at the Hickory Corner Branch Library in East Windsor. Early Voting hours are 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. and Sunday, 10 A.M. to 6 P.M, Voters can cast their ballot at any of the Mercer County early voting sites below:
o East Windsor: Mercer County Library, 138 Hickory Corner Road
o Ewing: Mercer County Office Park, 140 Parkside Avenue
o Hamilton: Colonial Fire House Company, 801 Kuser Road

- East Windsor Recreation Department Summer Camp Registration Is Open. Recreation day camps will be offered for students entering grades Kindergarten through 9. The Explorer camp is designed for campers entering grades Kindergarten and 1, the Adventure camp is designed for campers entering grades 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and the 2025 Travel camps are offered for campers entering grades 5 through 9.
