  2. East Windsor Township Council Members David Russell, Johnnie Whittington, and Joseph Miczak, Were Re-Elected to four-year terms, by a wide margin, in the November 4 General Election.

East Windsor Will Hold Free Rabies Clinics for dog and cat owners TOMORROW Saturday, November 8 from 1 P.M to 3 P.M. at East Windsor Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 at 51 One Mile Road and on Saturday, November 15 from 1 P.M. to 3 P.M. at East Windsor Volunteer Fire Company No. 2 at 69 Twin Rivers Drive. Owners will be required to show a certificate of previous rabies vaccination to receive vaccination of a three-year duration; otherwise vaccinations of one-year duration only will be provided.
