Mayor Mironov issued a Mayoral Proclamation commending Boy Scout Troop 5700 members Cash Colleton, Jack Connor, Adam Lewandowski, Connor Suk, and scoutmaster Bruce Kramer for their pro-active and skillful lifesaving actions when they helped to save an individual in distress during a week-long sailboat trip this summer in the Chesapeake Bay, Maryland.
