  1. East Windsor Township Is Holding Document Shredding and Recycling Event on Saturday, October 1 from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M., Rain or Shine, at the East Windsor Senior Center (40 Lanning Boulevard). This Township event, sponsored by Mayor Janice S. Mironov and Council Members, will offer Free document shredding to East Windsor residents (no commercial drop-offs are permitted), with a limit of ten boxes per household, and until the shredding truck is full. Residents also will be able to drop off electronics, specifically, televisions, computers, computer equipment and accessories, monitors, fax machines, VCR's and cable boxes, as well as cell phones, household batteries, fluorescent bulbs and toner cartridges. RISE will have trucks on-site to collect useable clothing, shoes, blankets, housewares (plates, mugs and related items) and working household appliances and electronics. East Windsor Township Holds 21st Anniversary Ceremony for 9-11 and Remembers Township Residents Colleen Barkow, Lorraine Bay, Debbie Bellows, Anil Bharvaney, Neil Lai, Ruth Lapin as well as Joseph Pycior and All Others Lost on September 11, 2001. Participants, which included local officials, fire company volunteers, EMS volunteers, police, clergy, students, veterans, scouts and local organizations, shared words of reflection, readings, music presentations and prayers, in the Township 9-11 ceremony to remember and honor the events and victims of that day.

  3. Vote By Mail Applications for the November 8, 2022 Election Are Available from the Municipal Clerk’s office or on-line at the New Jersey Division of Elections website (CLICK HERE). Applications must be mailed and cannot be accepted by facsimile or email. Mailed applications must be received at least seven days prior to the election. Voters can also walk into the County Clerk's office in Trenton and apply until 3 P.M. the day before the election.   4. East Windsor Is Seeking Nominations for the 2022 Township Business Awards Program. The purpose of the program is to recognize local businesses that make special efforts to improve or contribute to the community. The three categories of Township award recognition are: (1) Business Beautification - creating an attractive appearance, for example, through landscaping, flowers, and other enhancements to their structures and site; (2) Community Service - providing for community contributions and service, and (3) Community Enhancement - providing some manner of community enhancement, for example, through extraordinary job creation, an unusual or special product or opportunity or any community value added aspect related to their business. Green and sustainable practices, for example, green products, energy conservation, reduction of waste and energy consumption are encouraged and will be given more weight. Nomination forms are available at the Municipal Building and on-line at the Township website at (CLICK HERE). The deadline for nominations is September 30.
  5. Mayor Janice S. Mironov to Present State of the Township Address at Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber Economic Development Breakfast on Wednesday, October 12, at the East Windsor Holiday Inn (399 Monmouth Street). Mayor Mironov's annual State of the Township Address will include a report on accomplishments, current goals and projects and preview of what is on the horizon for the East Windsor business community. Breakfast will begin at 8:00 A.M. with the program beginning promptly at 8:30 A.M. All business and interested members of the community are invited to attend. The cost of the event is $40 for members and future members, and tickets are currently on sale through the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber website (CLICK HERE).
