  1. ALERT: New Jersey Department of Transportation Roadway Milling and Repaving Project for the Entire Length of Route 133 in Both Eastbound and Westbound Directions Continues with Milling and Paving of the Westbound Lanes, which began on July 15 during overnight hours, 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Route 133 will remain open during non-work hours. Residents should be alert to posted road closures and detours. Upcoming scheduled work includes milling and paving of shoulders and ramps eastbound, with ramp and partial lane closures, also during overnight hours, 8:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
  2. East Windsor Roadway Improvements to Dutch Neck Road between Hightstown Borough and Route 130 North and Morrison Avenue between Hightstown Borough and Dutch Neck Road, and Dutch Neck Road West of Route 130 to One Mile Road Are Substantially Complete, funded by a $393,575 New Jersey Department of Transportation grant Repairs to curbs, handicapped ramps and driveway aprons, as well as milling and paving are complete. The remaining minor punch list items roadway improvements are anticipated to be completed within the next week.
  3. East Windsor Roadway Improvements to Charred Oak Lane and Shagbark Lane Began on Tuesday, July 7 with Concrete Repairs to Curbs and Driveway Aprons. Upon completion of the concrete work, milling and resurfacing will follow, with anticipated project completion by the end of the month, weather permitting.
  4. Skechers Outlet Is Now Open in East Windsor Village on Princeton Hightstown Road (County Route 571), just west of Route 130. Skechers, the third largest athletic footwear brand in the United States, operates 19 stores in New Jersey and more than 3,300 locations worldwide. Skechers joins Target, Kohl's, T.J. Maxx and Patel Brothers grocery store in the East Windsor Village shopping center. Current store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. and Sunday, 12 P.M. to 6 P.M.

CALENDAR: The Township Recycling Day on Wednesday, July 15 Received Such Overwhelming Resident Response, that Mayor Mironov and Council Members Have Scheduled Another Document Shredding Event for Wednesday, July 29 from 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the East Windsor Senior Center (40 Lanning Boulevard). This event is FOR TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS ONLY. NO OTHER DROP-OFFS OR RECYCLING WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS EVENT.
