East Windsor Township Recognizes Knowledge Beginnings With Litter Free Award

East Windsor Township Mayor Janice S. Mironov and the East Windsor Clean Communities Committee have awarded to Knowledge Beginnings, located on Old Trenton Road just north of Route 571 adjacent to the East Windsor Medical Arts Complex, a "Certificate of Appreciation for Keeping East Windsor Township Litter Free". The award was accepted by Knowledge Beginnings Director Jennifer Cmielewski. The purpose of the award is to recognize a local entity that has made special efforts to keep East Windsor Township more attractive and litter free.
Mayor Mironov commended Knowledge Beginnings Child Development Center stating, “Knowledge Beginnings, which is situated in a highly visible prominent location on a major Township road, has done a great job in keeping its property and building well maintained, landscaped and free of litter, thereby enhancing the municipal appearance and environment. Knowledge Beginnings clearly has undertaken excellent efforts in working to make East Windsor Township a cleaner and healthier and more attractive community, and is a big plus for our Township.”
Knowledge Beginnings opened in 2008 and provides childcare and programs for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years using current research to create an exclusive curriculum for their teachers with their goal that children get the advantage of a large network of educational resources. The center, which is open from 6 am to 7 pm, is staffed with experienced teachers, offers flexible schedules, provides a "healthy food program" and runs a full day kindergarten program. Knowledge Beginnings centers are owned and operated by Portland, Oregon-based KinderCare Education, the nation's leading private provider of early childhood education and care.
