The cost of transportation is 25 cents each way. The cost of trips which are scheduled on Fridays are listed on the monthly trip sheets. Please sign up for the bus 24 hours in advance by calling (609)-371-7192.

Shopping

On Shopping days, you will be given from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to complete your shopping.

Doctors

Doctor appointments must be scheduled at 10:00 a.m. with a doctor form completed. You may pick up a doctor form at the center or on the bus.

The East Windsor Community Bus is lift accessible.  Service animals and portable oxygen tanks are permitted.

Friday, February 3, 2012 Trip to the Quakerbridge Mall: Don’t let the rain or snow bother you. Spend the day shopping inside at the mall and enjoy lunch on your own at the shopping center. The cost is 25 cents each way. The community bus will be available to pick up individuals at the following locations and times: TR 9:00; HTS 9:15; SJ 9:30; WP 9:40; SC 9:50; West Side 10:00.

Friday, February 10, 2012 Trip to Wal*Mart and Nicolinas: Spend the morning shopping for household items, browse around and then enjoy lunch on your own at Nicolinas afterwards. The cost is 25 cents each way. Friday, February 17, 2012 Trip to the Menlo Park: And now for something entirely different…a change of venue mall. Spend the day exploring a mall we haven’t visited in a long time. The cost is 25 cents each way. The community bus will be available to pick up individuals at the following locations and times: TR 9:00; HTS 9:15; SJ 9:30; WP 9:40; SC 9:50; West Side 10:00.

Friday, February 24, 2012 Trip to the Algonquin Arts Theater: A Midsummer’s Night Dream: Experience the passion and magic in this captivating live adaptation of one of Shakespeare’s great comedies. Afterwards enjoy lunch on your own at the Americana Diner. Cost $8.50 plus 50 cents for the community bus transportation. The community bus will be available to pick up individuals at the following locations and times: TR 8:10; HTS 8:20; SJ 8:30; West Side 8:40; WP 8:50; SC 9:00 (*Registration and paperwork for this trip cannot be done over the phone.)
