NEW THAI RESTAURANT
TOM YUM GOONG II
OPENS IN EAST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP

East Windsor Township Mayor Janice S. Mironov welcomed Tom Yum Goong II to the Township at a grand opening ribbbon cutting ceremony with owner Somm Bolsue and Council Member Perry Shapiro. Tom Yum Goong II is located in the East Windsor Village Shopping Center on Princeton-Hightstown Road adjacent to Radio Shack near the Target. Owner Somm Bolsue operated Tom Yum Goong I Restaurant on Nassau Street in Princeton, which is being renovated after a fire. The new 3,100 square foot restaurant seats 68 persons, serves authentic Thai cuisine and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

Mayor Janice S. Mironov stated that “East Windsor is fortunate to have such a popular restaurant open in town. Residents who enjoyed the restaurant in Princeton can now enjoy the new restaurant here at home.”
